Hired Mark to do a biohazard deep clean after a relative passed away.Mark and Louise were very considerate and respectful and explained the whole process for me. They were open and quick to resolve any problems or questions that arose.I can’t thank them enough for doing a brilliant job.

Smoke damage due to smouldering settee - recommended by Howden’s industrial cleaners in Barnstaple and Mark responded to our request for help swiftly. His work was thorough and communication to and from emails was excellent. Mark is very hard working, thoughtful and reliable.

Mark spent 3 days cleaning the outside of our house and clearing gutters. Our house has lots of inaccessible walls and gutters but Mark managed to reach almost everything. The house looks so much better and the gutters are now working properly! I would definitely book him again.

We employed Mark to clean our patio, paving, fencing, fascias and conservatory that were dirty or covered in green algea. The work was completed professionally and he was helpful, informative and polite. We could not fault his work and are happy to recommend him.

We needed to have our driveway cleaned and I wanted someone who would also re-sand the area afterwards and treat the black spots that were growing on the stone work. I did some research on line and was very impressed with the reviews of Mark's cleaning business so thought I would give him a try.I emailed him some photos of the area that I needed cleaning (driveway, side patio and back garden slate patio) and Mark very quickly responded with an acceptable quote. Once weather allowed Mark arrived and spent several days carrying out an extremely thorough cleaning job using various treatments along the way which brought about excellent results.Whilst he was with us I also asked Mark to clean our gutters which are very high as we are. a 3 storey house and again this was not an issue and carried out brilliantly.I also need to comment on Mark's work ethic which is brilliant. He never stops (apart from lunch) and is very consicencious and clearly takes great pride in what he does and is very professional.I would not hesitate to use Mark again and would highly recommend him to anyone. Good honest expert and hard working trades people are hard to find but Mark is an absolute gem.

We needed fascias, gutters and soffits cleaned as well as a much neglected Indian sandstone patio. Mark was here for an entire day and despite the patio being in quite a dire state to start with, the end results were excellent, better than I had actually dared hope. On time, great results and fairly priced, what more could you want. We are moving soon and the patio at our new house will certainly need cleaning. Will definitely be asking Mark to do this and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

We used Mark’s Cleaning & Restoration for cleaning up after a fire. They were amazing - very reasonable quote, able to start within a few days and the job they did was outstanding - the results were far, far better than we were expecting. Their attention to detail was incredible, we can’t recommend them highly enough.

We have an old farmhouse with tired, worn and marked terracotta tiles. I've washed, scrubbed and tried polishing them with no effect. In desperation I phoned Mark (who has done work for us before) to see if he could help. No problem, he said, came back a couple of weeks later and spent 3 days working on that old floor. It's come up cleaner and shining - just what I wanted. Thank you so much, Mark.

Mark got in touch with us after another cleaning firm let us down. They did an amazing job on our badly smoke damaged home, they were efficient, honest and reasonably priced. All around great service 🙂

We have used Mark twice now and found him thoroughly professional and has exceeded the quality i was hoping to achieve. He works above and beyond and the results speak for themselves, we will definitely be using Mark every year from now on to clean our carpets and also do other cleaning jobs in our house.

Mark and Louise were both very helpful and Mark came very quickly to assist us following a fire. Although it was just before Christmas,Mark started the clean up immediately and worked right up until Christmas reducing the impact of the damage and carried out a first class service always reliable, punctual and supportive and I would recommend them without hesitation.

"Mark responded quickly to our initial enquiry and provided a comprehensive quote for the tasks that we wanted. As one of the tasks was to remove a black mould which has come on our cladding, due to excess tannin, some experimentation followed to ensure the correct dosage of chemicals. Over a period of 4 days, Mark bleached all the cladding, cleaned out the gutters and then washed all the gutters, fascias and bargeboards and finally treated our roof tiles to prevent the growth of moss.
